Some UAE-grown ornamentals tolerate heat better than others, but summer success still depends on shade, establishment, soil, water, and exposure.
Bougainvillea, date palm, desert rose, oleander, and night-blooming jasmine can appear in UAE gardens, but none is automatic in peak heat. Oleander is toxic to people and pets, so beginner-facing plans should handle it as a reviewed ornamental, not a child- or pet-safe suggestion.
