If something isn't answered here, send us a letter. We reply in two or three days, in English or Arabic.
Can I switch or cancel at any time?
Yes — there are no binding terms. Change tier whenever you like; cancel and your membership runs to the end of the paid period. Your saved plants and journal notes stay with you forever, even after you leave. No lock-in, no trickery.
Do you offer a free trial on paid tiers?
The Visitor tier is permanently free and covers our full reading library. For Member, we include a 30-day trial — full access, cancel before day 30 and you'll pay nothing. Patron is by direct enrolment only; we prefer to have a short call with you first.
How does the on-site garden visit work?
Once a year, we come to you — half a day with your garden. We walk it slowly, ask questions, taste the soil (yes, really), and leave you with a written plan by post: what to plant, where, when, and why. Extra visits for Patrons cost AED 600 each.
What if I live outside Dubai?
All tiers are available worldwide — the library, journal, and office hours travel. The on-site visit is offered in the UAE and, by arrangement, Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia (travel costs separate). For gardens further afield, we do video consultations instead.
Can I gift a membership?
Please do. Any tier can be bought as a gift — we'll send a handwritten card with a key illustration and the activation link. Useful for new homes, new marriages, or the gardener who has lived here longer than you.
Are there group or business plans?
Yes — for schools, hotels, and building managers. We design a bespoke plan around the garden in question: a reading wall, quarterly visits, staff training. Write to us and we'll draw up a short proposal within a week.
